Day 6 Hula Hoop Crocheted Mandala
Completed July 2026
Day 6 progress is complete! 🧡✨
I'm falling more in love with each new row. On day 6, I love the way the ecru rows help the hexagon pop. All future pictures will have to be taken on a different surface as this is the last pic that will fit on my layflat board. The fact that it is getting so big prompted me to get the hula hoop ready. We ventured to our local big box store and I found a 36" hula hoop on clearance (under $5). After exploring the idea of wrapping in tape or yarn to cover the pink and purple, I opted to pick up some gold metallic paint and spray paint it. I love the way it turned out!
