Day 5 of putting myself on camera every day until I hit 1,000 followers! 🎬✨ We are officially almost HALFWAY there—around 400 of you are along for the ride now, and I’m so grateful! 🥹❤️ Today we’re jumping into Part 2 of our Granny Square Sizing series: What Actually Determines Size? 📐🧶 If you’ve ever made a batch of squares expecting them to fit together, only to end up with a mismatched puzzle, here’s why: * Yarn & Hook Differences: The pattern designer used a different weight yarn than you are using and even yarn labeled the exact same weight can have totally different density! * Stitch Heights & Counts: Double crochet vs. treble crochet grow at completely different rates. * Personal Gauge & Tension: How you’re holding your hook that day makes a huge difference.
